There is a sticky in the nitrous forum outlining the basic safety gear needed to safely spray. A 100-150 shot shouldn't be too out of line depending how wild of a setup you have right now with your motor. If you have a motor pushing some high numbers already, then you may want to consider a beefed up bottom end as well.

Do you have forged pistons? If not, your pushing it already.

With a good fuel system and the timing pulled correctly,it would be safe for a while as long as your not hot lapping at a 1/4 mile drag strip.

If you don't know anything on the subject, do a lot of research on how the system works and why it does what it does. A 100 shot will be safe on any engine if it's tuned properly. A singe heat range colder spark plug, correct timing, consistant pressures are all going to lead to a good running combo on the spray.

If you're still TPI injected, I got away with an LT1 wet kit from nitrous express. Plumb the single nozzle into the engine side of the MAF aimed at the engine. Start with 75hp and work your way up. Goodluck!

Depends on what tranny you are using and what tires at the track also.

Any of the adjustable 100-175 hp kits will work fine. If you want more peace of mind, I would at a minimum get an rpm window switch(summit has a cheap one) and a bottle heater. You don't really need anything else. Follow the directions for the kit and spray away.

You will have a problem with traction though.
