Big and snow tire shouldn't really go together when it comes to a camaro Unless you run some BFG Mud Terrain tires made for a truck...hehe

A Skinny tire will cut through snow quicker and saer than a big wide tire. I always reccomend a tire size of 225/55/16 for the guys with 16X8" rims but then othrs say the 215/60/16 works good too and it's cheaper...
Either way find a cheap snow tire for the rear of your car and add 200-300lbs to the rear of the car...50lb bags of salt anyone? hell, 100 extra pounds helps like crazy, along with a full gas tank.

If you aren't used to the snow, don't be a hero on the streets. Learn your limits in a parking lot if you have to Accelerating, Steering and BRAKING...Once those front tires stop spinning and are fully locked up, you will hit whatever is directly in front of you Goodluck!

Wink

Its gonna be a rough winter...

Hey at least you have the manual transmission that will help out compared to the automatic. I had a 94 v6 with a 5spd, it slipped around alot and with you get heavy snow don't dare take it out. I'm worried about this winter, I bought an 85 Iroc with an automatic, it is gonna be tough. I hope to never drive it unless I am forced to for some reason. But definately get used to it in a parking lot or something. Good luck
