I have a stripped out 82 camaro and I was wondering if anyone has a simple wiring diagram for the car its a street\strip so I took out everything that is not needed. just wondering if anyone done it from scratch b-4 bc I have no wires in the car at all. the next question is that I am putting a 400th in the car what do I need to get it to work since it had the metric tranny in it. Thanks for the help !

 

As far as wiring goes,I used a marine (boat) type fuse panel which is easy to wire up...all you do is put a power wire to the panel and run a wire from next to the fuse to the component your wiring's hot side,then ground the other side and it works perfectly.

As for the TH400 in a 3rd gen,places like www.bmrfabrication.com or www.spohn.net,maybe even summit racing or jegs might carry the crossmember you need.
