What type of air flow noise? When i have the air box off and get on the throttle a bit you hear the whistling of the air and its probably louder with an aftermarket tb. Do you hear the air flow noise when its just at idle and the tb should be closed? if not then i doubt theres a problem. Also just check to make sure you have a good seal from your tb to plenum.

It's sounds like a bad vac leak but the lines are hooked up and gsk's line up and everything is tight. I'm also running a Edelbrock runners and intake. Sounds like it's only on the pass side but I can't tell.

if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and sounds like a duck chances are its a duck. If there is a sound of a vacuum leak coming from your engine there probably is. Check and double check everything you changed before the problem started.
