Iroc-Zone is a new site, but its message board is starting to really pick up. Thirdgen.org has been around for awhile and has a ton of stuff on there.

Hands down it's thirdgen.org. You can find a lot of info on the site alone. And then there are tons of helpful people on the mboards. They do a great job with that site over there. Well, I shouldn't say over there, cause thats where I spend most my time.
