Has anyone heard of a car like this. My brother knows someone who claims to have one in his posession, complete with a VHS video describing the car. He said it was a GM concept car, 75 t-tops,50 convertibles produced. Can anyone shed any light on this?

And it probably runs 10's too right?

ZR1 was a Corvette in the early 90's with a revolutionary LT5 pushing 405hp. Ask him if you can watch this "video." I doubt GM would make 125 concept cars either.

I've seen that car, but I doubt any private person owns it since it is a GM test vehicle. Last time I saw pics of it , it was blue with some crazy paint job on it.

When I come into a buttload of money, an LT5 is going to be one of my first purchases. I'd put it in the car purely for the coolness factor since $15-20K for an engine with only 405hp isn't too cost effective. HP/$$ is way skewed with that motor.

GM has one in it's Toy Box built by Jon Moss probably. It's got a wild paint job, most of which is neon yellow, neon yellow 17" rims, LT5 engine, ZF 6 speed, etc, etc. They bring it to shows and stuff usually but I never seen it actually run.

I remember GM had an LT5 Impalla SS that was pretty slick. Never saw any Camaros with the LT5 though.

That would be me. I would not mod it too much and just leave it as is.

Well you dont need much after, arket. I'm pretty sure the heads flow insane numbers anyway, so no worries there. You can get custom cam grinds (if you have the money for the LT5 Im sure you have the money for custom cams) And Im sure the intake flows pretty well too. Just give it more fuel in teh way of injectors. A custom turbo kit if you feel saucy.

Im pretty sure the fastest N/A corvette in the world right now is an LT5 C4. I saw it on TV once. Running like mid 9s.

Would there be enough room?

Especially for the setup and an intercooler?

Where theres a will theres a way. Intercoolers would be teh biggest deal.
