1991 Camaro Idling Issue

1991 Camaro Idling Issue
My father in law has a 1991 Camaro with a 305. It's been running fine for a few years and now suddenly he's having some issues and isn't sure where to start looking. Here are his issues...
1. Rough Idle
2. Rich mixture, carboning up at idle
Once he starts driving it's fine and runs okay so it's just a problem now that started at idle.
He's already put in new plugs, wires, temp sensor.
Any ideas??
