20's would be too much IMO. I say stick to 17's or 18's if you feel you must

Does anyone have any pictures of 17 or 18" Irocs on their 3rd gens? Also i dont want to have the gap between the tire and the fender....Should i be looking for a drop also???

On another note,i picked up the camaro for 2500...Was that a deal or could i have found something a lil better

if u put 20" IROC wheels on a Camaro,it would look 4 wheel drive...even if u lowered it.

what wrong w/ the 16" chrome 1ns on it now? i wish i had them...

wow those rims look like crap....Dont go any bigger then 18's and if you feel you must make it so theres no gap fill the rest with tire. Remember the practicality issue though if youre driving this regularly if you have no gap you might as well forget suspension just put a solid metal rod in because if your tires come up at all theyll hit the top of the wheel well. Check this setup out with some 18's it looks amazing http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...=221460&page=1

Hmmmmm that looks pretty nice....I think ill go 18s with an 1 inch drop. Also can you tell from the pictures i posted if i have a drop on my camaro.I dont know because the previous owner didnt really mention it.The ride is pretty stiff but it takes corners fairly well.I think 18s it is for practicallity

your slowing down your car with 20 inch chromes, first off chrome rims weigh more and the rotational weight of 20's is just rediculous, you bought a camaro, its made to be fast, its not meant to be a lexus with subs in the back trying to pick up chicks
dont go any bigger than 18's
im more of a 16 inch man myself though

well im dont need to be fast with this car. That is what my 72 el camino is for. Then again i dont want to offend you in anyway but that is your opinion.I think 18s it is with a 1 inch drop and since i cannot afford a lexus why cant i make the camaro like one?Have 18s with a one inch drop....I have my corvette motor at the shop that has my name on it so trust me when the time and money allow me,ill be a sleeper....

18's would be very awesome. The only time I have seen the 18" IROC rims was on a black IROC-Z Convertible who was a member on this board or another. I believe his car was lowered 3" and yes I loved it. 18's with a proper sized tire and a 1 or 1.25" drop will turn a lot of heads man. Goodluck!

Thanks for that link to the car with the 20's!! A lot of stuff on there that I have never seen done to a thirdgen.

I had a pic of an IROC w/18s, but I can't find it at the moment.

I too am thinking about 18" (ZO6) wheels. 20s would look rediculous IMHO.

By the way how much u askin for the 16"s? i aint got the money for 18's yet. ill settle for 16 on the iroc tho.

I am personally not a 20's all around kind of guy, but I will give props to an iroc I saw on thirdgen.org that had 20 inch irocs in the rear with 18 inchers in the front. Pulling off 20's all around is really tough to do, I personally am running 19's rear with 18's front.
