wheel fitment question

Im looking into getting a set of 19" wheels for racing. 10" wide front and 11" wide rear. My question is, to those who know about offsets, will a 25 offset work for my car?

i havent talked to him in a long time. i havent seen him come around here in a while either. wonder what kind of project hes working on now?
