what kind of power will a bolton v6 make?

If you decide to to go with long tubes you'll have to think about the additional cost of a tune. Every one who has installed long tubes writes that their CEL is on due high flow cats resulting the O2 sensors reading a fault. Shorties shouldn't cause the CEL but they won't make as much power. Every thing is a compromise.

Keep in mind headers (long or shorty)show the largest gains (the advertised gain) below the peak. So BBK gained 33 HP. But around 3-4K. At the top end it was closer to 12-16 HP. Shorties advertise around 20, but at peak it's closer to 5-7.
However, you don't run at peak the entire race. so you'll see those ponies in 0-60 and 1/4 mile. But you won't be able to say "312 + 33 = 345" It's more like "312 + 15 = 327."

Well the BBK LTs will still run you $800-$900 w/high flow cats, depending on if you get the ceramic coated(#40410) or 304 stainless steel(40415).
Pacesetter also offers a set LTs that are ceramic coated(#72C2232) for $380 (headers only). I'd definitely take at hard(but careful) look at these just for the fact they cost less than half of what the others run.
