V6 Camaro Performance Upgrades

Hey guys I'm new to the forum but I frequent other Camaro forums.
I started this thread at Camaro5 then carried it over to 5thgen, so now I bring it to you guys.
If you can contribute by posting links to other upgrades it would be appreciated.

Still looking for info on ring and pinion size for both v6 and v8 cars and if any different ratio's are out there yet?
