Rear end gears - 4.10

I haven't seen a thread about rear gears. Are they available? If so is it just the gears that need replaced or is more rear end work required?

from what i have seen other guys doing, just the gears. i want to do richmond gears new 4.11 gears. their a bit stronger than the 4.10 gears.part # rg69-0492

I put Richmond 3.73 in mine but it's an A6 - made a huge diff!

You guys suppose the 4.11's are too much for the A6 cars?
How are the 3.73's on the highway? (rpm@70mph?)
