Got Exhaust and Intake.. need some advice now.

Hey guy's,

I have a Black on Black 2010 SS and so far I have done a Full Cat-Back Exhaust and Intake from CGS Performance Products which I am very happy with ( It sounds great! ) just unique enough to not be like everyone else. You can't beat a Stainleees Muffler and Tips.

I have also done the shorty headers from Hedman, again great build quality.

So now I have to work on tuning, is there a programmer out there to take full advantage of my new parts? I am running the Auto trans and am just wondering what can be tweaked.

Thanks

i would recommend going to a speed shop and getting a custom tune. could be as low as 250.

Does your intake require a tune? If not you're not going to get much out of a custom tune...catback = 0hp....shorties. = maybe a couple hp but prob none. Might not be worth 250+ bucks

actually you can pick up quite a few ponies just from retuning the stock motor. with and intake it cant getany worse. ive seen around 10 -15rwhp just from tuning a stock motor. no intake. so yeah, its worth it with just an intake. but would be much more beneficial to do it with a complete lt headers.
