Cold air or Axle back

I finally purchased my 2011 SS Convertible. Limited amount of cash to start on the upgrades. What would be the best for the money, Cold air or axle back exhaust?

Re: Cold air or Axle back

For an auto, my suggestion is to go with the axle back first. When my 2010 w/L99 was stock, very little gains were made with a CAI (sometimes, it lost power).

Thank you for the advice. i like the borla system. Hopefully it will add a nice tone! Have you heard any feedback from the GM performance system?

The GMPP exhaust is made by Borla, but I believe that it is toned down just a little bit from the standard Borla line. Both are very nice.

Re: Cold air or Axle back

you can do the axleback and also add a KN filter they are around 50 or 60$ its worth a shot I saw some gains in my TBSS when I added a KN filter
Good luck

I'd start with a CAI first, listen to a few exhausts in person before you buy
