I really like the flat black rocker treatment, the rear bumper diffuser, and the front splitter.

I think the diffuser and rockers could be retrofitted to any Camaro but not the front splitter. It looks like it's part of the lower grill assembly.
Too bad GM wouldn't make a front splitter like that for the non ZL1 cars.
