Bumpshift? Do you mean like the older Eclipse and new G6s have where you can move the shifter over and slap it up or down to shift up or down?
I wouldn't really call that a manual. I would think that would be similar to shifting your automatic by moving it from 2 to 3 then D, or vice versa, except probably quicker.
