Geeze, what's with all the metallics? How about Victory red or Velocity Yellow? How about Arctic white?

 

I think its a given that the red and the white will be a color choice.

I def. think yellow needs to make it. Im not a huge fan of it (except on Corvettes) but there are lots of people that like it. Also Hugger Orange would be a nice addition as well (considering Grabber Orange was available on the SN95's)

 

My intent in my post was what regular Chevy colors should make it to production with the 5th gen......

Victory Red, Black, Silverstone, and White would be assumed guaranteed.

I excluded the Vette colors because I dunno if it would be a good idea to offer 4 different premium colors on a affordable car......Though I agree Sunset, Lemans, and Velocity, should all make it to production

Just I tried to search the GM colors and see which ones could be offered. I would love to see the Camaro have at least 12 color options but I dunno if GM is willing to do this.

I also think a nice purple color and dark green should be available too......

 

I have a granite blue Cobalt SS and let me tell you---that colour kicks ***! And I never see my twin.

 

Impulse Blue is a MUST.

 

Sunburst Orange Metallic has to be on the Camaro! Either that or some other orange.

And it definetly has to be available in a blue other than granite blue.

 

I don't know what those colors look like or what Chevrolets they're offered on.

How about updated versions of some of the 1st Gen colors?

I'm hoping for something as bright as Daytona Yellow (NOT the orangey, Millennium Yellow).

A nice, bright, white. (NOT the beige, Speedway White).

A nice, bright medium blue without purple in it.

Silly me I voted for Bermuda Blue Metallic because I thought it was the Chevy version of the '05 GTO color Barbados Blue Metallic. Now I see its more of a dark teal green instead of a lemans blue. (It was actually between '67 Emerald Turquoise Metallic and Nantucket Blue Metallic.) The color was also offered on the '05 SSR, but now I see its not available on the '06 GTO or SSR. (But they do offer a two-tone SSR now. )

Why the heck did GM drop this color? I was already planning for my 2010 Z/28 in this shade with white stripes and a 500+hp small block V8.

GM is no longer using Polo Green Metallic (Dark Green Metallic) on passenger cars either, which would have been my second choice.

Unless they offer the Z06 Daytona Blue Metallic or bring back Hugger Orange I guess its either going to be Patriot Red or Silver for me.

 

Arctic White like the 4th Gen is my typically my first choice, but I'd have to see it on the car. Each car has a certain color that accents it very well, so I can't give a very accurate response until I see some other colors on the concept.

I would probably go with black, red, or lazer blue .

I know it is not a current production color but a lot of people will be dissappointed if HUGGER ORANGE is not an option.

Yes. I LOVE that color, didnt even know it existed until I saw my car.

Its RARE too, which IMO makes it more desireable.
