I was hoping for Z28 but I guess they might use it for a Boss competitor. I think this is a mistake though as most people don't know what a ZL1 is. Just saw the pics form the show posted.

Wait, how does everyone know already that it is the ZL1? The SLP guy said this was going to be over a hundred grand? What am I missing thus far about Chicago's show that they unveiled?

 

Basically they are releasing a top model name that nobody knows anything about and has never been used before on a Camaro. Now a guy spending $50k+ can tell people they drive a ZL1 and look at blank stares while they explain for the 100th time that it is an expensive Camaro. I guess we'll have to wait a few more years for a Z28.
