Way to go GM...

New Challenger > 05+ Mustangs > 5th gen. It looks absolutely retarded from that angle, and the back is HIDEOUS.

I do admit I have really been digging the challenger.

That doesn't look bad to me, especially considering what a terrible pic that is compared to something professionally done... somewhat gloomy day, very underexposed, shadowed... not a flattering shot.

I like it.

I haven't liked the Challenger since I saw the concept in person.

Yeah me too... with my work van. I know thats not the production headlight but the angle of the front of the car and that grill especially from that angle, are hideous. Let me find a pic of the back.

Tell me the mere sight of this doesn't make you want to throw rocks at it...

It looks decent from the side at best. Too bad the Challenger is such a fricking heavy underpowered pig.

I'm doing my best to withhold judgment until I see it in person, but so far I'm not overly excited.

I'll confess to thinking this is pretty hot:

This is apparently what happens when you're under too much pressure to design a car that appeals to such a wide audience from 1st - 4th genners as well as the general public.

I think it looks great. The nose is a little pointier than I had imagined, but I still like.

Based on pictures alone so far I think it looks retarded.

However it may appear better in person.

Count me among those that are waiting to see it in person.

I want some of whatever you are snorting. The first pic looks good, still a bad picture though.

The second one does look bad, the rear deck is way too high, that's a problem with most new cars but GM does seem to have a it a little worse.

Also, those bezels aren't helping. Those reverse lights are terrible and it's decisions like that, along with the interior, that make me wonder. I think the rear would look better if it was closer to concept, that lower bumper beneath the plate just makes it look taller, should be smoothed out.
