if you've read around, you would know that the Magnuson-Moss act hasn't done much if anything for consumers. All it does is point out a technicality but many enthusiasts still have to fight with lawyers ($$$) to get what they want and in the end spend more than it was worth. Check out the corvette, charger and even some of the Ford's boards.

I agree that an exhaust (stock headers) shouldn't void anything. but with GM in a big money crunch (who isn't, right?) i can see them getting a little picky when it comes to warranty work. Maybe they'll be sending out specialist more often to check out the cars in question than before.
