Two-toned 'chop Just for fun

Has a bit of look like Smokey Yunick's '69, but with a copper instead of gold.

I like the 2 tone, but I also own one so maybe I'm biased?

That looks pretty cool, it follows the bodylines really nicely.

IXLR894Z28-- I remember when your car was on ebay before you bought it. I have a compilation of 2-tone Camaro pics. You might recognize the car.

I like the old wheels better lol

Yeah it was on ebay, it looks really nice. Are you sure it is pewter though? It looks sebring silver metallic (like my Z28) in the pics.

It is Sebring Silver, my mistake. You liked the original rims better?

Yeah, I think they look better because they match the paint on the car. If you painted the other wheels silver, they might look just as good though!

While it's not a color combo I'd be interested in. BUT, the actual 'line' between the 2 colors is exactly where they should be.

If I could get a White or Silver on the bottom, and a Dark Purple on top, I'd consider it.

EDIT- The above pic is a perfect example of why, in another thread, I said black 'hides' too much of a cars styling/lines. The front of that pic above has nearly lost all it's distinctiveness. Without bright light, black just doesn't show off a car's styling.

While I typically agree with you, I love accentuating the upper lines of the car in this case. Plus I like what Smokey did so a little influence of that car was my original idea.

Here are some other combos, including your white/purple.

The gray/silver is my favorite.

Those all look pretty cool. I wouldn't mind having my Camaro painted like that. Since the HHR and SSR currently come in two-tone paint, maybe we'll be able to get one like that.

Light colors are definitely more appealing to me on the Camaro than dark ones.

And I have to agree. The Gray/Silver looks nice. Gives a nice subtle transition between colors.

I like the two tone as well, not necessarily in those particular colors, but more so the three additional chops posted above.

The red and silver might look better reversed, like the Yenko, try it in yellow/black.
