On a tip from another site, I contacted Dugan Chevrolet in Avon, IN (317-745-6444) and they have two 2SSs ordered that are NOT sold. Turns out they had an allocation of 3, but only had 1 pre-ordered. So here's what they've got:

Car 1: IBM, 2SS, Auto, RS, black leather, white rally stripes, ground effects, 20” polished wheels

Car 2: RJT, 2SS, Man, RS, black leather, black rally stripes, painted engine cover, 20” polished wheels, ground effects.

Both cars are selling @ MSRP and they ARE accepting several of the various discount (GMS, Credit Union, etc.). They expect them to arrive in approx 4 weeks. They also expect add’l allocation Thursday, meaning you could order whatever you want, and have it in approx 2 months (his expectation, not mine). They do not have a waiting list.

For those who aren’t local, the dealership is less than 10 miles from Indianapolis Int’l Airport (and you could probably finagle a pickup).

The salesman I spoke w/ was Travis. While he wasn't as knowledgeable as most of us (who is?), he was certainly willing to do whatever he could to ensure I had the info I needed. IF you call and work something out, please tell him Frederick sent you (he'll throw a little something my way).
