A riced out 600hp Camaro is better than a 705hp Photoshopped Camaro that you'll never get back!

There is nothing funny about rear mounted turbos.

The specs sound good. There's something about the way the car looks that I don't like, and I think it's the black roof. The exposed intercooler and gunmetal wheels aren't really my style either.

Why is this funny?
have never seen a rear mounted turbo car short of a gutted out track car that ran that great. most rear turbo cars are toads! anytime i think or hear twin turbo they are usually under or right behind the manifolds or in close proximity to the motor. not way behind the rear axle

It's the less expensive, less complicated option. People who take such options often don't go all out when setting up a car to perform well. They just want a 600hp powertrain so that they can go out and have fun with it.

I'm not sure if it's cheaper but it is definitely less complicated, takes up less space under the hood. I would do it to the lt1 if I had the cash and a new tranny.

Hurl.

And adding 175 HP to an otherwise stock motor is asking for trouble. How soon depends on how often you abuse it.
