Just got a call from Lou Fusz Chevy in St. Peters.
They just got a RJT one in today. It's a customer's car. The guy that called thinks it's an SS.
They don't know how long it's gonna be there, though.

So just a few things from time I spent with the car.
The gray interior looked GREAT. It breaks up all the black and makes the interior feel brighter and more spacious. I really like it.
The materials, while maybe not S-class or LS-600 grade, are damn good. And those that say otherwise are crazy.
I slipped my AC/DC Highway to Hell disc in the player and cranked it. After some quick tone adjustments, the stereo sounded nice. The back seat was down & there was a lot of luggage in the car, so that may have affected the quality of the sound. It was the BA system.
And I finally got an answer to a question I've been asking for about a year now. Will the USB system work with a Palm Pilot? Sadly, it does not. I plugged my Palm T/X into it and the stereo said something like "non approved device. You may now unplug", or something like that. Unless I was doing something wrong.
Got to see the ambient lighting. While it's not as nice as the ignition video, we have to keep in mind that video was either a computer simulation or computer enhanced.
I got into the back seat. Yep, all 6'1" of me. With the front seat set for someone around 5'7", there was a surprising amount of legroom. I think more than my C/E. But my head hit the ceiling back there. I could ride back there for a little while, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
Oh, and I got a ride in it. It was only about 20 feet and in reverse, but it was a ride nonetheless.
And the car is comfortable. I bet I could cruise in that car all day.
It's just a really nice car and I look forward to owning one in the future.
Kudos to GM for this jewel.
