So what was the "other car" we heard about?
Was there another gm car at NAIAS? A lot of people were talking about another GM car that would appear at detroit.

People were talking about a full size RWD sedan ala "belair" "caprice" and so on.

Wouldn't it be funny if GM had another Camaro-type concept at the show? Like one that isn't designed to be an updated '69? That would freak me out; that'd be awesome!

Not really. It was made pretty clear that the Firebird was gone for good...but then it was also made clear that the 5th Gen Camaro wouldn't be retro...
