I'm wondering the same but lucky for me my camaro purchase is on hold anyway until I get back to america in 2011. I think I will either get the vert or the z28 model if there is one.

i would lease it. atleast you wont pay the full taxes. the only trouble i see though is that it may not have a special money factor to it. that, and markups.

how long would you plan to lease?

Any idea on when we will hear one way or the other on the Z? I was hoping that we would hear something in September at the big bash, but I'm now starting to think nothing official will come out until next summer. Chevy really needs to let the public know something before the SS can be purchased so the public decide which one to go with.

What do you mean by special money factor and markups???

I plan on leasing it until the new 2011 comes out.

I'm really leaning on the Lease side due to me always hearing not to purchase the first year something comes out and also hearing that there is a good chance that the Z28 will be coming out in 2011.

the special money factor is basically like a special interest rate, where you basically pay 2-3% interest or so basically. but with there probably being mark ups, im guessing for like the first 6 months or so, finding one at msrp to lease might prove difficult.
