For example Houston got added just last week."
I don't see Houston on that list. Just give up.

Oh, for crying out loud. Relax. When I said it would be posted, Houston was the example that came to mind. Houston was posted in a new thread by Scott himself (the schedule thread wasn't updated): http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=424252
To expand on what I meant by "If it ain't posted, it ain't appearin'.", that means it'll get posted in one manner or another, whether it's an update to the schedule or in a new thread (does that spell it out enough to understand?).
I think we're talking about the same thing, so let it go..........
p.s.....Toots......I like it!

That's the best place to get up close and personal with the concept car, and have full access to Scott. It seems a long way off, but it's going to come up quickly. We're already planning our road trip (our 6th one) from Oregon. It would be neat to see your B4C, and as a measure of goodwill, I'd be pleased to treat you to a sweet tea at one of Bowling Green's finest dining establishments......at.......wait for it.......

I'm planning on Bowling Green, but I might bring the '69 instead fo the B4C, considering all the hype for the 69ish 5th gen. Sweet tea? I'd rather go for something stronger.
I give you ..... Senor Cortez ....

That's a very nice '69. Cortez Silver....very nice. It should be a good choice for B.G., as that event is heavily attended by the 4th gen cars (I assume it's due to travel comfort and gas mileage.) We brought our LS1 powered '68 coupe a few years ago, from Oregon and just might show up in the '68 convertible if we get a top put on it this summer. A new 700R4 tranny is on it's way for it, and we would have to swap in some 4th gen seats for the trip because our old worn out backs need better support than the stock seats. It's either that, or our ugly '67 Chevelle wagon project that's under construction. It's going to need some break-in miles on the 502 that's going in it, and the trip to KY just might be the thing for it. Our problem is too many projects happening at once, so it might also come down to what's together the most and in need of a road trip at the time.
Anywhoooo....I know what to watch for at the event. Most of our group is staying at the Country Hearth near the NCM, and you are most welcome to bring your lawn chair and favorite beverage and join us in our evening activities (basically a BS session every night). We'll be gathered in the lot of the Continental Inn (because it's got more room and less highway noise) where the other half of our group stays.
Feel free to peruse our forum if you're looking for "the older crowd".

You'll see alot of carry-over people from here. We call both forums home.

That's a very interesting and astute observation. I hadn't looked at it that way before.
Re: Scott: Any chance the concept's in Louisville this weekend ???
I find it highly unlikely that the Camaro Concept will make it to Louisville this year, maybe a couple of years from now.
It seems that concepts shown at Louisville are always 2-3 years old, maybe will we finally see the SS concept this year
Anyways I plan on going Saturday just to see everything on display

Re: Scott: Any chance the concept's in Louisville this weekend ???
I was there on Saturday, nice show overall + it was free this year, except $5 bucks for parking. The only disappointment was there were no GM concepts at all this year.
Here is what I liked, that I hadn't seen before:
STS-V: Very nice all black with black leather interior w/ red suede inserts on the seats and on under the dash and around the doors, looked very hot! I overall liked it better than any of the M-B or BMWs.
Saturn Sky: Wow this car is drop-dead gorgeous, I like it 10X better than the Solstice. This car should have the Pontiac badge and the Solstice should be wearing the Saturn badge. Everthing on this Kappa looks better, the dash lay out is a lot better and doesn't have that dull cheap look the Solstice has. Does anybody know if they have released the price and color combos for the Sky yet?
