I'll scan them into my computer in a bit and show 'em if nobody does it before I get to it.

I have been googling the images, but I can't find any of the comic book images of either. Just the older G1 ones.

Here ya go.

I do wonder why in the movie Bumblebee can't be a VW Beetle, but he IS still a Beetle in the new comics. Why object to one and not the other?

Also, Prowl is now a 350Z I believe.

Saleen has always been supportive of ford, I don't see them jumping in with GM anytime soon. But Roush is a different story....

Re: Saw a fifth gen on the road!!!!!

awsome thanks for scanning in the pages, was going go look, but yea comic book geek right here and proud of it!
But when I was the two Decepticon 4th gens I was like SWEET..there are pages that show the interiors of the cars very well also.

But I think it has to do with marketing and lic. of the cars. maybee VW dosnt want to be part of it? So they gotta go with the companies that support the toys being made.

TF geek mode on:
and to prove the point of not following the original
In the comic Prowl was a Datsun and now in the new comic hes the 350Z as he was before.
The toy is of a RSX police car. so its diffrent???

But the last thing I head was the car companies involved want new or current cars to be in this movie..a 2nd gen camaro would not be a good choice if that was the case. But I remember one of the interviews said the robots will be all late model vehicles.

Here's one more that was a good shot of the 4th Gens toying with Ratchet-

Is this the interior shot you're talking about? It's the only one I can find. It looks pretty accurate. The only other interior picture looks NOTHING like a real car.

Re: Saw a fifth gen on the road!!!!!

Why would there be a Camaro/a chevy/a GM vehicle in a Saleen owned facility?Saleen is too close to Ford for GM to work with them, unless they plan on stealing more designs. All of Saleen's cars aside from the S7 are souped up versions of Ford's ie the Mustang and the Escort.Dude probably just saw a Mustang or Charger.Hell maybe even a 300 or Magnum. All those damn cars look alike.Too much so in fact. And I notice how everybody is soo excited about the new Camaro. But has anybody asked the question "What would Harley think?"?I mean, yeah,he did leave GM before the Camaro was made, but thats besides the point.Harley always tried his best to make sure that GM(and all of their subsidiaries) were at the forefront of the automobile industry.Never followed, always lead.So why in the hell does the new Camaro concept look like a Mustang with a 300-esque roof and a pointed front end that was obviously tacked on in Frankenstein fashion?C'mon now. You'd think a legendary company like General Motors would do better than this.I mean, what excuse can they possibly have for stooping to means soo low?

Jay,

First off the post..
Saleen does an Escort?? since when? its a Focus. Second what you just wrote you are in the minority of thinking and has been debated here millons of times over. The cars a HUGE HIT. Everything you mentioned about GM and Harley Earl well this is GM 2006 not GM 1936...Diffrent times diffrent company.
The comparisons you made are just generic. Its a car..it has headlights a roof and wheels..not even going to get into that argument. The Camaro and the Mustang should look the same for the most part they are selling to the same market..tell me a 67 Mustang and a 67 Camaro dont share the same design?

and third about the picture..well if he saw that car...

IM ELVIS!!
that car does not, has not and will not exist, and the man that dreamed up that car is on this board and call tell you the same thing.
