Please forgive my ignorance. I'm just curious if you have to pay ANYTHING when you go and order your Camaro before it is out.

I just figured they would ask for a $500 down or something.....

 

It all depends on the dealer, I put a $1000 fully refundable deposit down but would NEVER actually pay for an ordered car. Some dealers charge different amounts for a deposit, or sometimes nothing at all.

 

Ahh ok. I for sure wouldn't pay it all off unless I have driven it first. As nice as the new Camaro is, you still gotta drive it first.....

 

Then you shouldn't order one yet... drive one when they start showing up on the lots, then either grab one off a lot or order one then and wait a while longer.

I'm not ordering one yet either, it's not that I don't trust JasonD, the other Disciples and FbodFather but I just can't order one unless I drive it first. I have to choose to either keep my 4th gen or replace it with the 5th gen since I only have 1 parking spot.
