Cool OK, now that you ordered it..when do you get it????

I see that a bunch of people ordered the new car but I am curious as to when it will actually be delivered. Are the dates firm and what is the status at the plant in Cananda? When will we see it on the road????

I don't need to be the first guy to buy it (a little late for that anyway!)I would like to go to the dealer and see the finished product before I order.

The February 16 date is solid. I asked. I think we will start seeing actual individual owner cars on the road around March 1, maybe sooner. I'll bet we see a lot of exec cars long before that.

I heard four to six weeks after said production date, but JasonD knows better than me, I say go with him rather than the press.

I remember when the Solstice first came out. They had about 50 cars on the lot just before production started. Those were the test cars that had to be destroyed. Sad.

My Solstice was a black one, and they did the black orders first. Mine was the 111th Solstice off the line. I think I got it about 3-4 weeks after production starts. Not sure if that is indicative though. They were such low numbers and needed to wait for a full truck before they left. I don't think we will have that problem with the Camaro. Trucks should fill up fast.
