Well since everyone is throwing in their choices... bring back Aqua Blue Metallic!

 

Seconded! Mine would have been ABM if available.

Also synergy green.

Also an even brighter blue, like Ford's Grabber Blue.

Also anything that's *not* some shade of gray--silver, dark silver, CGM, black with damn metallic speckles, Ford's old shiny primer color, whatever--barf. Use your imagination, people!

 

This was a sweet color in certain lighting. I am a huge fan of the Jetstream, Nassau, Daytona type blue hues. Their gorgeous colors. But, what killed ABM for me, was the element of green it had to it. It has been said, to sit JSB and ABM next to each other in the sun and the difference is slight, but take a cloudy day or at night under like parking lot lights and ABM looks more green than blue and TOTALLY different than JSB.

Make a true medium blue paint without elements of green or purple ect that has been done in the past, and I think it would be a more popular color.

I know that horse has been more than beaten to death blues so I will shut up now

 

The slate blue metallic on the Corvette I think would look awesome on the Camaro! I know it is obviously a darker color, not the lighter blue that you are wantiong, but still would look great.

 

I had the same impression until I saw a 2SS/RS ABM with white stripes in person. Albeit was on a sunny day, however in the sun it looked blue. In fact I'd even go as far to say that JSB looks a tad muted compared to ABM in direct sunlight.

That said, at this point I'm leaning toward black or victory red given the current choices. (Yes, I'm waiting for the 2012s.)

 

If they are going to drop CGM they should open up Carbon Flash Metallic to all orders.

Not sure what the color was called for the Dusk concept but it was a very nice navy blue.

 

I still think a british racing green color would look great on a 5th gen. I wish they would do that special paint thing they did years ago with the trucks. That was a great idea and made for some cool paint colors for the trucks.

 

I second the Grabber Blue color option. We have enough metallic options for now.

I miss my Brazen Orange Metalic GTO. I would love this color on ZR1 or any other Camaro for that matter.

I love my CGM. I guess it's a good thing I got when I did.
It will be interesting to see what's coming up.

 

The IBM chip actually looks sort of like what they had for the ABM back in 2008/2009, thus the confusion in the selection process back then which resulted in low ABM orders. However, I do not want the ABM to come back, well, for obvious reason! Bella likes being one of the few and sort after! I was offered just over $50,000 for her last year, turned it down.

 

I agree. Let's keep ABM a rare color. In fact, maybe we should trash the color to discourage GM from bringing it back? ABM is nasty (it really isn't).

I wouldn't mind seeing a CGM and/or ABM ZL1.
