Question Now that it's approved........

How long before we see an actual production car?

Anyone have any info. on when we might see a prduction version, so we will know how close the concept comes to the reality of a 2009 model?

The all-new Camaro will begin with early production versions at the end of 2008 and will go on sale in the first quarter of 2009.

but will we see anything before then so we know things like...did they raise the roofline? what will the gauges look like? will it have those cool door handles? are we going to have to wait until they begin production to find these out or will they release these type of plans to the public before then?

I am pretty confident that the next two years will offer a LOT more information to the previous two years...and you will always know where to go to find that information.

I'm curious if there will be a pre-production prototype at Detroit come January.

That's funny. The info that we get which will be of interest to most here will not be newsworthy in the Free Press. We will get that info because the ones delivering it know we can be trusted.

We should see that kind of information once they start getting it to the dealerships for sure. Because even "if" (they might not show it 3yrs in a row in Detroit)it goes to Detroit in Jan with "changes" there might be more changes between Jan & the time it hits production.
