Just in case some havent seen it yet. I just now saw it on tv...guess they just recently released it or something. It has a glimpse of the 5th gen so thats why I posted it here , but nothing really new. Shows the 2nd gen a good bit though.

its less than five seconds of footage but i picked it up right away.. I was going to come post it here but you beat me to it!

i tivo'ed it and replayed it, definitely the new camaro!

guess I'll have to go see that movie now.

Its been on the air several time now. Definitely looks worth seeing.

 

I just hope the movie isn't over done like Fast and Furious so that it actually detracts from the Camaro's appeal. I don't know though an 80's cartoon of man made machines turning into robots from another planet I can't see how that could be any over done I don't know why I'm worried.

^That's awesome. It's weird seeing him with a mouth. He used to just have that blue surgical mask looking piece that just moved up and down when he talked

 

Actually in a number of incarnations since G1 Optimus has had an actual 'mouth'. But I agree he looks better with the faceplate thing than without.

Usually the faceplate is only there when he's in some kind of 'attack mode' anymore.

 

One thing I hadn't noticed, and haven't seen mentioned...

When the 2nd Gen Camaro first drives out (the scene is pulled back so you can see the dealership) there's an old yellow VW Bug parked to the left.

Nice nod to the original imo.
