Yeah, they're just floating by themselves in the middle of nowhere, that was my once complaint about the rear.

while i like the export lamps on a 4th gen, i dont know if i like them on the 5thgen... odd how that works out.. think its got something to do with the way they're shaped and designed.

i do think its a good idea though to have turn signals on the corners though in amber.. but thats just me.

That black front end looks sinister!
Definitely a flattering color..
I think colored bulbs behind clear difused lenses might look better than amber tail light lenses...there's always aftermarket.
Nice shots!

Man that back end looks awesome. I don't know but those tires look a little wider than 245's to me. Think of a GTO rear tire. Maybe because of the different body lines they look wider but I think they're 275's. Also that front end looks mean too and the wheels look sweet. So much for Chevy not being able to keep the excitement up. It was smart of them to un-camo the cars an put them out there for people to photo.
I wonder if this is the infamous hug car?

I think you're right, it's b/c the wheels are so tall.

You might have a point. Compare the above to this Camaro in Finland:

It's looking good. I almost can't believe that I'm looking at a GM car with such a short front overhang. It's been a good long time since there was anywhere near that little overhang on anything wearing the bowtie.

I really hope those backup lights get better integrated - move them into the recess between the diffuser and the main body of the bumper. I can live with the mirrors, the gas door on the fender and the corporate door handles but the backup lights look like afterthoughts.

am i the only one that can't find the back up lights in these pics? i see something in the bumper b/w the tail lights and exhaust tips, but i thought it might just be a reflection.
