whats wrong with whitlow? are there any chevrolet dealers left in richmond that arent crooked?

 

Obviously you did not read CosmicTrucker's post, but I'll add to what he said. I bought a new pickup from them, took it in for some service issues and when I got it back the tail lights would not go off, unfortunately I did not notice it as it was a bright sunny afternoon. Woke up the next morning to a stone dead battery, jumped it and realized the tail light issue so I took it back to Whitlow (which was a 40 mile trip in each direction for me). All this on a truck with less than 1,500 miles on it, I had to raise hell with them to get it taken care of properly as well as the original issues (cruise control problems, etc.) I went in with. At least several of my friends have also had issues with Whitlow, so no, they won't be getting any more of my business. As I said in my other post, Heritage will likely get my business.
