I saw it, felt like the commercial was about over then bam quick shot of it, it was a good feeling!

GM's been doing these 'we were great once, we'll be great again' videos since at least 2000. We're still waiting ...

 

That's a great commercial. There's another version with different video as well. On the positive side the commercial showcases the breadth of GM models, pretty amazing really. How would Toyota's version of the same commercial look? For some reason I can't it having the same impact.

I've never seen anything remotely like this in GM brands offered overseas, nor have a clue as to what chassis this would be build on.

 

If Ford can do the 'bold' theme....

That thing looks quite similar to the Scion xB we have here.

Could GM have brought that model to the US to compete? I wouldn't buy it really, but the popularity of the little breadbox xB shows there is a market for it. I actually like that Chevy quite a bit more than the xB despite it's boxiness.
