Actually, 72 is my *best guess* because of the pic angle. The 69 was "really" 69.3" and wasn't much wider than the outside of the grill.

Hey, I tried

I was looking at a 2005+ mustang a few minutes ago and if my numbers are even somewhat close (and based on the Aussie spy pics) this car is going to be small!!!

More fun with numbers:

I get that the car is approximately 54" high.

For comparison, Pontiac G8: l x w x h: 196.1, 74.8, 57.7 with a 114.8" wheelbase.

It's very probable the Camaro *could* come in a few hundred pounds lighter (in V-8 trim) than the G8.

those tires look pretty big. I love it. I noticed the slotted rear brakes on the last shot of the car but I wasnt sure. I blew it up for my background and thats when I noticed it. being the same size wouldnt that suggest good front to rear balance?

wasnt really a rule rather than a reaction to all the feedback that preproduction had lost the look of the concept. Since preproductioni is so close to the concept not much is lost by removing camo to prove the car retained the look.

On the other hand when you come across special hoods, trim packages, RS packages thats a different story. Personally I wouldnt expect to see those cars that are different from the concept to be without camo.

Plus, who's to say GM didn't build 10-15 of these cars BEFORE "the rule?" From what I've read/understand the triangle pieces are actually some sort of felt or fabric glued to the car??? Is that right? I can't imagine that would be fun to remove

Also, I agree, it's completely understandable if GM still wants to "hide" certain trim packages. So far the only "naked" car we've seen we believe to be a V-6.

This picture is almost perfect! I scaled this one too for fun. With the *** swung around and a more straight on shot, I'm still getting around 112" wheelbase and a 53-54" roofline, but I now get a 179" overall length with an estimated "error" of up to 182". I like it.

I hope to see the vents in front of the rear wheels become functional or at least "open". If they are going to stay the way they are now, I'd be happier if they weren't even there. It just makes it look cheap.

That would be nice but I think some insiders have hinted that the rear wheel vents will stay closed.

They even have camo on the driver and passenger faces... they take this stuff seriously Could be they are just on a beer run.

Personally I too would like the vents open in front of the rear wheel but if they remain as shown I would be happy too. That would show the bloodline connection with my 69 RS.

Looking good...as usual.

We can now confirm that the seatbelts are on the b-pillar....NOT in the seats, and they do not come from the roof.

Those are big fog lights. Perhaps they just appear that way in comparison to the temproary headlights. Hopefully GM will allow you to run with parking lights and fogs via the headlamp switch.

Apparently even the 5th gen is worthy of the trailer park! I thought the new Camaro was going to shake that image forever. This pic is definitely not helping!
