All hail return of Orange on the Camaro! Inferno Orange Metallic! I have been wanting an Orange Camaro from GM since they stopped it (3 months before I could order) Hugger on an SS. Now the decision is to go with SS or wait for the Z28. I guess this puts to bed the ol' Z28 vs. SS top dog debate.

 

um.. Sunset Orange was offered in both 01 and 02.

Inferno, like the other colors, i'll have to see in person... but for me, there is no greater color orange ona camaro than Sunset.


As for my color choice.. 95% sure it'll be a bumble bee clone color combo.. but that 5% is reserved for a real killer other color, or a blue that the car looks stunning in..

 

Black, Silver or Orange.

 

Gotta see all the colors in person.

 

No Nassau Blue option.....just that muddy ugly @$$ed Aqua Blue Metallic..........aaaaaaarggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Im assuming the red jewel is the same as the one on the CTS? Ive always liked that red.

i was hoping for a impulse blue metallic like on gto's or vista blue like on mustangs. ill have to see what color speaks to me. i may end up repainting it. who knows

No hugger orange so I'm going with my second choice, victory red. (probably with hockey stick stripes.)

 

I'm guessing that color is very similar in real life to the "Deep Blue" on my wife's VUE, which is a gorgeous color in person and would look great on a Camaro.

 

Yup. It's available on the Cobalt, Malibu, and Impala currently, too.

 

I'm reserving judgement of the aqua blue metallic. I wanted something electron blue or impulse blue, and was really hoping for a great blue! I'm hoping I'll like the aqua blue in person and will go with it if so. Otherwise, probably inferno orange or cyber grey.

 

I stand corrected. Kinda forgot about it on the tail end of things. Still turns me into a 5 year-old thinking I can go and order one of these cars again like I did with the 35th. Tough day to be in a bad mood isn't it?
