Not only that, but bluetooth will soon be used in cars to link portable mp3 players like Ipods to the cars stereo.

I have had absolutely no troubles what so ever with my nextel i870 and my 05 Acura TL bluetooth connection. The only "feature" I dont get, is it doesnt display the signal or battery strength on my car's readout, only the little phone showing its connected; but those were issues I knew about beforehand.
