Good god a grand for shorty headers. Couldn't we just go to a shop and have them bent for half the price? **** the custom hookers I had on my 68 only cost me $250.

they don't even look like headers, I don't see where they would perform much better than the manifold.

7.0L LS7 for HOW MUCH ??? $17,495 ??? FOR 83 MORE HP ?

I hear the words "BLOW ME" coming to mind. A nice Procharger will cost A LOT less and put me over 505HP and 470 ft# of torque...

A cam swap and some bolt-ons on an LS3 would cost even less than the Procharger, and would put you over the LS7.

Well they can forget any money from me (if I even shell out for the Camaro) for those accessories. $850 for what looks like a axle back exhaust? Even if the street price is $600 you can still forget it. I was hoping for $350-$400 for that thing.

*question about the hurst shifter*

The GMPP site shows the hurst shifter with the factory shift boot and shift ****. Yet the GMPP catalog shows the hurst shifter with a black 8 ball **** and a different boot. Which one do you get if you order the GMPP hurst shifter?

Nothing I didn't expect. I've seen long tubes for the LS3 recently for around $700 or so. That was for the Vette, but it ought to be ball park. And I already know I can get the shifter cheaper by about half. Looks like aftermarket all the way aside from the interior trim pieces.

Yep, some of that is pretty steep. Still, nothing to worry about...the aftermarket is expected to explode over this car anyway, so everyone will have plenty of choices.

I noticed that too, but if you place it in the shopping cart, the price changes to $6k. probably a system bug.

Wow ! That is a big jump for 83 more HP from $6k to $17.5k. For the extra $11.5k I'd put the supercharger on the SS LS3 Camaro and have a ZR1 motor with 638 HP.
