Fbodygathering Pics

Well another great Gathering has come and gone. Hope everyone had a fun time as always and those who didn't make it should start planning for next year. Just wanted to take a minute to thank all the people that will never hear it enough. Thanks to Andy, Lee, Fran, Chad, and the rest of the staff for all the time and effort they always put into this event. We know it would never happen without you guys. Thanks to all the sponsors that come back year after year. Thanks to Paul from GM for making it another year. It's great to see we have a huge gearhead looking out for us. Last but certainly not least thanks to Scott for always helping us to keep the faith and backing up all our hopes by bringing the Concept. The only thing better than seeing it was seeing it drive past all the cars at the end of the night. Can't wait till production *wink wink* LOL And just so everyone knows, next year my badge will read "Scott's Bitch" but it was worth it for the pic. Sorry about the quality, but if someone will tell me how I will post the full size image which is much better.

It was great to see you there again and the only thing better than seeing drive bye the lined up fbody's was Scott taking my wife Cindy for a ride in it.

Re: Fbodygathering

Damn, that pic is WAY better than my car with the Concept. I always knew there was some reason I was jealous of Cindy and now I know.

Re: Fbodygathering

the gathering was a blast, i hope next year to bring the purple one.. but the sunset one made the trip this year again and had a good time. It was great seeing everyone agian, and meeting the new folks too..

MAD PROPS to Andy and the GANG! not to mention PAUL & SCOTT and everyone else who made this happen. DEFINATLY will be there for G11, hopefully we'll have a lot of newer cars there and hopefully the wink wink means sooner than anyone can imagine.. we can only wait and see!

Yeah, but in the above pic they BOTH look pretty 'mean' imo.

Both look great.

I really don't think he looks like the roof is too short at all in this pic. He's leaning forward a bit, and that is bringing the top of his head even closer to the roof.

How tall is he?

I think the roofline on this car is just fine as is and hope they don't change a thing on the exterior. (Aside from making the mirrors a bit bigger and giving it more functional reverse lights.)

Re: Fbodygathering

Scott is in the 6ft range and he talked they may lower the floor pan deeper to lower the seat a little but I think they will work it out without hurting looks. One thing Cindy said riding in it you could see all the hood amd how close you were to something than with our 4th gens and she really liked that.

Glad to hear that.

Seeing the hood makes little difference to me, but seeing it doesn't bother me either. Long as it looks good.

I'm just jealous she got to ride in it.
