Yeah, I can do that. Which chin do you mean? The one I added or the really large one that the concept already has?

The one it already has...I remember when people were chopping the original concept I saw one that had that chin made bigger and it looked really good...

Personally I'd say do it to the real concept since that's the one we're really gonna see.

You did a good job on the chop but double square headlights would work against the rest of the car. It just doesnt belong there to me. Maybe on a retro 3rd gen on down the road.

Actually, they sort of DO work with the rest of the car ... even the tail-lights, which are sort of "half square" . It actually looks not too bad to me .

Capn Pete, you stole the words outa my mouth lol.

I agree, the 4 headlights (though I'm not entirely sure why you say they are square... though maybe the Volt's are... I don't know) compliment the rear's 4 taillights.

This "big chin" stuff started giving me awful Mustang GT500 nightmares, so I made the lower grill larger to compensate. If you haven't seen a GT500 in person yet, you aren't missing out. It is a typical Ford disaster by overdoing this "bold moves" crap where it looks like a 6 year old made a Mustang out of Legos and Ford got inspired.

Long story short, I'm personally not a fan of the chin, but I love the headlights, and I like the blue bowtie.

It'd be awesome if those headlights would make it to production, but I doubt they will. Maybe they will when they likely refresh the appearance of the car 5 years into production.

For comparison, here's the original:

I just conjured an image of having optional grille's based on the package you get circa '69...

vs.

Can you make a chop with a "tighter" black mesh grille? Not sure if it would look good, just curious...

I really like the chop. I actually don't prefer on over the other, but the chop is something to think about!

I'll try it, but I'm not sure how it will look. In my mind, I'm thinking it will look bad, but maybe it won't! I'll give it a try later this afternoon.
