Camaro wins interior design award
Agreed. My 4th gen has "ambient lighting", meaning a really, really dim light that shines on the window switches and unlock button but really... That's peanuts. You also need to take into account that this vehicle was developed beginning in 2006 and hit production 2009, more than a decade and a half after the 4th gens came out, and a decade after the mid-cycle refresh in 1997.
I stopped by a tuner friend's shop yesterday to say hello and see what he was up to. Another pal was next door getting the windows in his 5th gen tinted. He previously had a C5 and still has a C6, AFAIK.
He absolutely adores his new Camaro. It's a 2SS-RS that's white with orange rallye stripes. Good looking piece.

My tuner pal has a 5th gen as well and he's enjoying it a whole bunch. He's putting together another diff with steeper gears as he's a drag and standing mile fan.

We had some fun talking about this in CamaroZ28.Com Podcast #241! Have a listen!
Yes, I got a whiff of something in the wind quite some time ago. Big question is will there be enough of a market for one?
BTW....Though I have no real opinion one way or the other (believe it or not), kudos to GM on winning another design award with Camaro.

There is no denying that this Camaro interior equally matches the over the top styling of the exterior. Although that may be too over the top for some.
The Camaro has now won awards for both exterior and interior style. Very impressise.
