Camaro trailer hitch?

I am planning on picking up a SS/RS in a few months when I get promoted. The thing is that I am an avid cyclist and would be trading in the car I use to haul my bikes around now. I don't think the Camaro will fit a bike rack and I don't want to put one on and ruin the good looks anyway. I hate trunk racks because they tend to be a pain to install and they also scratch paint. My best option is a trailer hitch mounted rack but from the looks of the new car it looks like the rear valence would prevent the installation of a hitch.

I also autox and would like a hitch to possibly tow a small tire trailer around too. Any insight on this problem would be a great help.

You would need to have a new rear bumper to accomodate a hitch. On the IVER cars, there were models with a hitch for towing purposes that had a hole cut in the bumper. I'm sure the aftermarket would take care of you, or an enterprising bodyshop.

Buy a beater or a small s10/Ranger and haul the bike in that.

depending on the make and age of the trade, u'll probably only end up getting about 3k for it....Its a buyers market right now, I say keep the car and do some wheeling and dealing...bike rack would drastically take away from the overall look of the Camaro anyways
