I'm just going to say right off the bat that there are no pics to substantiate if it is or isn't a Camaro testing in the Sault Ste Marie, MI area, but if there is anyone in the Soo keep your eyes peeled. My girlfriend goes to school at LSSU and she insists she's seen a Camaro or two testing up there multiple times over the last two months. Tonight she text messaged me and said one of her co-workers saw it. I told her I need pics, but she hasn't gotten any yet. Like I said, it may be a Camaro, it may not be. I have my doubts I'm just saying if there's anyone there keep an eye out.

 

I used to fly for an airline that operated out of the Soo. I remember that GM had a testing facility at the airport. That airport used to be a SAC base during the cold war. There is a very large piece of concrete that used to be an parking lot for B-52s. They use that area to do winter driving testing. I remember seeing them running up and down the ramp testing the cars out.

 

Interesting. I figured it's possible they're doing some cold weather testing up there. But like I said, I'm skeptical because I haven't seen it with my own eyes or seen pics. Hopefully someone up there will see whatever it is and get some pics.

Yeah no kidding! I should be heading up to visit in a month or two, so I'll bring camera and keep my eyes out. I hope it really is the Camaro. Maybe a certain member of the board can give us some insight
