Did anyone else see the Camaro Commercial during the Nascar race Sunday? My daughter told me to change the channel, I was working and watching football. It was a short commercial with the silver car on the white background. They revved the engine several times. The main message was, "304 hp and 29 mpg highway". No mention of models or V8 performance.

A couple commercials later they were promoting the 60 day satisfaction guarantee and showed only the Camaro..... No thanks, there going to have to pry my cold dead hands off of the steering wheel for me to part with mine. My daughter is prepared to do that. She said I can't take it with me.

Also, don't miss Chop Cut Rebuild on Speed Saturday at 8:00 AM. They are visiting the Camaro plant as part of there '69 build.

Yeah, saw the commercial, it was okay I guess, I sure hope Chevrolet has something better than that commercial though. It was kind of weak, they need a commercial that is big and has some sort of an emotional impact not a computer generated V6 Camaro revving its engine.

I don't really think that GM is going to spend alot of time and money into a commerical for this car because it pretty much is selling itself!! You won't be seeing many Camaro focused commericals until the excitement and the sells have dropped of quite a bit. Seeing that it is kicking butt in the market right now, I don't see any of that in the near future! The only one I could see would be a commerical for when the convertible is availible for sale. That would be for all of those that were holding out for it to know they can get in and buy one at that time.
