Aqua Blue

Got an email from my dealer, says this is the last week to order Aqua Blue if you want one.

Aqua Blue is one sexy color:

That's a shame... Oh well, that makes this color much more rare now!

That would have been my color of choice. Sucks the always seem to do away with the colors I like best.

I think I saw this color for the first time the other day. Reminded me of Jetstream blue on the corvettes. I thought it looked good. Wonder why the cancellation. Not many orders of it to justify keeping it?

Lack of demand in the colour, who knows. Given the history of dealerships feeding me a load of garbage (ie. Camaro isn't coming back, it'll be a 4 cyl and V6, etc), I won't believe it until I see the colour gone from the swatches. Barring that, I'll believe it if someone like Scott says it's no longer a production colour. However, if there is truth to it being eliminated, we might get a green or something close to Electron Blue...?

Well, it's true that this is coming from a dealer, and not an "official" source, but if anyone is on the fence, this may be a good time to get off.

If the dealer said it, it must be true.

When I first saw this color on the interwebz, I liked it. Then I saw it in person not so much. I'm torn between the imperial blue & silver. I wouldn't mind a lighter blue than imperial.

UPDATE:
I did a web chat w/ a GM rep & she said that the Aqua blue will be on LS only. As of right now there should still be some Aqua blue SS avail.
