I think we could still argue about this stuff if we wanted to. However we seem to be busy with the "what engine did the concept really have" debate

Cancelled and not coming back for a long time or... Something under wraps that no one knows about... And having people believing Kris Horton's concept was the Camaro to be...
Oh, the good old days...

Yeah I'm feeling the same way....

I also know too much now to be really all that excited...

The Private Camaro Showing in Dallas in a few weeks will be a lot of fun....

But yeah when I come here I just read the threads, type "your wrong", put my 2 cents in and go on with my day...

Atleast the newbie horde died down...

It'll become even less interesting once GM announces Projected Dates, Engine Options, Suspension Options, etc... Then there will be nothing to talk about... hehe

That's why I spend more time over at the Future/Auto News board...

Does anyone say you're not your?

sorry couldn't resist.

I'll take a bit quieter and being content with the knowledge a new Camaro is coming, around the time my current car is payed off.

I think we will see LS4 vs. 4.6L 3v and 6.2L L92 vs 6.1L Hemi debates once the new car start to come out.

Yep.

I used to loose alot of work time because we had frequent threads, good debates, the occasional wanderer from the lounge, GM bashing, and the dead horses that just kept getting beaten to death. Now I have more time to surf, and there isn't that much going on.

Sort of blends in with that thread I started when the concept came out, the "Futures" section was split, and suddenly, GM people were telling us more about Camaros publically than any info we could ever scrounge around & find. The only debate now is who's getting a version of the Zeta sedan, and pin the tail on Camaro's intro date.

But you are right. It has gotten quite a bit dull around here the past few months

When you build your excitement for 4 years. It is kind of a let down after.

Re: Anyone miss the old days?

I felt like it would happen in the days leading up to the NAIAS. It seems the predominent theme for all of us here was pulling for a new Camaro. Now that it's accomplished so to speak, it's sort of like....MISSION COMPLETE.

Now what?

Did you order your CTS?
