6th gen Camaro confirmed?
From the Cheryl Pilcher interview:
CZ28: Is there any way to tell how the new government regulations will impact future Camaro models? If so, can there be a possibility of it being in a good way?
Cheryl: The new CAFÉ fuel economy regulations concern me. It will be a challenge and I'm hoping that GM will be up to that challenge with the next generation of Camaro!

Not confirmed by a long shot.
At this point they are worried about getting the 5th Gen out.
As for a 6th Gen time will tell. I would expect those who are in development of new future platforms are looking at what platforms can be packaged with what cars.
Case in point The new Alpha platform is being looked at for several cars and with the new CAFE it may have some more added platforms it may need to support.
Long term proposals are all they are tossing now.
Untill a proposal is made and a buiness case is approved nothing will be confirmd. With that said it will be a while before we need to worry about any 6 gen.
With the lack of rules on CAFE and many needed changes that will result everything is on the table right now from models, platforms and power trains.
Just sit back and enjoy the 5th gen for right now. Let those behind the the Sheetmetal curtain of Detroit worry about the future.

I could see how Cheryl's answer could be interpreted as 6th Gen Camaro potential if you're of the belief that the 5th Gen is already known and ready and that it many have a short production run that won't take it into the real CAFE crackdown years. Or that GM is aware the Zeta based Camaro is too heavy to abide by CAFE rules and a new and lighter 6th Gen would be needed if the name is to carry on.
But I think she was just talking up the excitement and issues facing the Next Camaro: 5th Gen.
