Yep, I think so too.

Not that it matters... the angle and framing of the pictures don't really let you compare anything about the cars anyway, except maybe the height.

That car is way to big to be a G6.

The car next to the camaro looks like this:

From what I can tell, it looks like the G8 based on the Hood scoops. Or maybe it's just a grainy picture?

Yeah those are G8s. Check the rims if you really want proof.

Looks like it's not much shorter lengthwise but about 2 inches less heightwise. We know it's not gonna be narrower....

Pretty much comparable in size to the 4th gen....few inches shorter but the wheelbase (and therefore the frame) is stretched to the corners.

I wish they were significantly smaller, y'know? But that's just me.

On the HURRAY side....it looks like you can park in a parking lot without ripping off the nose now! YAY.

Unhappy The Height!!!

Those G8 probably are test vehicles...... it's slim to find 2 G8 parking next to each other. I'm here in Southern California, where the majority of the G8s are selling. I have yet to see a G8 on the road.

Those test G8s I'm assuming are GXPs selling later this fall. I would not fathom that they are testing the 8s that are currently selling on the market.

Difficult as it is to compare vehicle based on the images........ I'm seeing that rise height of the Camaro being pretty high. It looks as though the height rises is as high as the G8. There is a good rise in the G8 that I don't like. Wiping the center hood I have to extend reach compared to an Fbody or other sedans.

Also, look at the nose.... the G8 has the perfect stance without readjustment needed. Look how far they parked away from the front curb on the G8. The G8 would scrape or hit the concrete. I have 19" rims. I have scraped my G8 on a concrete parking stop already. The lower valance all around the Camaro is higher than a G8.

I thought I saw scoops there too, but I wasn't sure (grainy, like you said). Just so you know, G6 GXP has scoops that look a lot like G8's scoops.

Nor does it come with the "Attractive" feature standard on the G8.
